Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat in the flour mixture.

Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.

Bake the wings for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are baking, mix together the melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl.
Step 7
Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Step 8
Serve the wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
