Directions
Step 1
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and butter to the skillet. Stir constantly until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Step 5
Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
Step 7
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
