Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pan. Brown beef with onions, carrots, celery, peppers and iSpice WellnessTM Meat Sauce Seasoning.*
Step 2
Stir in the tomato paste and cook until just starting to brown. Pour the wine into beef and reduce until the pan is almost dry.
Step 3
Transfer the beef to a slow cooker.
Step 4
Add tomatoes to slow cooker, smashing them with the back of a wooden spoon to break them up. Pour in the tomato puree. Mix well.
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Step 6
Serve over spaghetti with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
