How to make Homemade Ramen Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato starch, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together the water and eggs.

Step 3

Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.

Step 4

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Step 5

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Step 6

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

Step 7

Roll out each part with a rolling pin or pasta maker until it's about 1/8 inch thick.

Step 8

Cut the dough into thin noodles using a knife or pasta cutter.

Step 9

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles.

Step 10

Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes or until they are tender but still firm.

Step 11

Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
