Step 1
Whisk together the milk, eggs, honey and 1 tbsp of iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning* in a large bowl. Reserve.
Step 2
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Brown beef with shallot and remaining seasoning until fully cooked. Let cool and mix with shredded cheese. Wipe out pan.
Step 4
Carefully cut a deep pocket in the side of each slice of brioche.
Step 5
Divide the meat mixture in four and stuff each slice of bread with mixture, flattening the bread as you go.
Step 6
Heat butter in non-stick pan over medium-low heat until melted and bubbling.
Step 7
Soak the bread in egg mixture for 30 seconds on each side.
Step 8
Cook bread slices in pan over medium-low heat for 5-8 minutes per side until deep golden brown.
Step 9
Serve hot with syrup.
