Spinach And Ricotta Stuffed Pasta
Ingredients

1 (16 oz) package jumbo pasta shells

4 cups light ricotta

2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

4 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*

2 cups light mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 (26 oz) jar marinara sauce

1 bunch fresh basil, roughly chopped
Directions
Step 1
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
Mix the ricotta, chopped spinach, egg, parmesan, panko and iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning* in a bowl.
Step 4
Stuff the cheese mixture in cooked shells.
Step 5
Pour 1/3 of marinara sauce into a 15" x 10" baking dish and place shells open side up into dish.
Step 6
Spoon remaining marinara sauce over shells and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
Step 8
Sprinkle with fresh basil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
