Directions
Step 1
Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and sautee until starting to brown.
Step 2
Stir flour and iSpice WellnessTM Vegetable Seasoning* into onions until well combined.
Step 3
Deglaze with white wine, scraping the bottom of the pot to bring up the brown bits.
Step 4
Pour in pumpkin puree, milk and water. Mix well and bring to a slow simmer.
Step 5
Add chopped kale and gnocchi. Cook over medium-low heat, covered for 5-8 minutes until kale is wilted and gnocchi cooked through.
Step 6
Turn off the heat, stir in cheese.
Step 7
Serve hot with more cheese sprinkled on top.
