Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) of spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the dough into balls and roll them in powdered sugar to coat.
Step 4
Place the coated dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
Step 5
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
Step 6
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
