Directions
Step 1
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over high heat.
Step 2
Toss chicken thighs with iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning,* lemon juice and oil. Grill 5 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix yogurt, garlic and lemon together in a small bowl.
Step 4
When chicken is cooked, remove from pan and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing chicken into thin strips.
Step 5
To serve, dollop sauce in the middle of each pita, top with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickled turnip if using. Finish with hot sliced chicken.
