Lemon Lima Beans with Kale
Ingredients

zest & juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 (15 oz) can lima beans, rinsed & drained

1 bunch kale, stems removed & roughly chopped

3 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Mediterranean Seasoning

1/4 cup vegetable broth
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Drop in lemon zest, lima beans and chopped kale. Sautee for 5 minutes until kale is wilted.
Step 3
Pour in chicken broth and iSpice World FlavorsTM Mediterranean Seasoning, reduce until liquid is dry.
