Savory Asian Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups low-sodium chicken stock

1 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*

3 tsp light soy sauce
-
2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp iSpice Roasted Sesame Seeds Hulled

2 tbsp green onions, finely sliced
-
2 large eggs
-
Sriracha for drizzling

Deep fried chow Mein noodles as garnish
Directions
Step 1
Stir oats, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning* and broth together in a microwave-safe bowl, cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Step 2
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, return to microwave and cook 2 minutes more. Stir oatmeal well and divide in two bowls.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and cook eggs to your liking.
Step 4
Serve oatmeal hot topped with fried egg, sesame seeds, green onions, Sriracha and chow Mein noodles as garnish.
