Turkey Burgers With Avocado Cream
Ingredients

1 small onion, minced

1 lb. lean ground turkey

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped

3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning*

1 large egg
-
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
-
1 ripe avocado, peeled, seed removed and cut into large chunks

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
-
juice of 1 lime
-
4 burger buns, halved and toasted
Directions
Step 1
Combine onion, turkey, Worcestershire sauce, spinach, iSpice WellnessTM Chicken Seasoning,* egg and panko in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Divide turkey into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce by blending the avocado, yogurt and lime juice until smooth.
Step 4
Heat a grill to medium- high and spray with cooking spray.
Step 5
Cook patties for 5-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 6
Serve burgers on toasted buns slathered with avocado cream.
