Directions
Step 1
Toss chicken with oil and iSpice World FlavorsTM Asian Seasoning to coat. Marinate 1 hour.
Step 2
Soak 12 skewers in water for 15 minutes. Thread 3 pieces of chicken per skewer.
Step 3
Grill skewers over medium heat for 5 minutes per side until chicken is cooked. Spray the grill before and during cooking process to prevent sticking.
Step 4
Meanwhile, whisk together the peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce and sesame oil. If the sauce is too thick, add a tbsp of water at a time.
Step 5
Serve satay over rice with peanut sauce, fresh coriander and lime wedges.
