Directions
Step 1
Combine beef, panko, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning,* shallot, mustard, egg, Worcestershire and ketchup in a mixing bowl. Knead the mixture until ingredients are fully mixed. Do not overmix.
Step 2
Form into 6 burgers, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes- 1 hour.
Step 3
Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 4
Sear burgers 4-5 minutes per side to get a nice crust.
Step 5
Transfer pan to oven and cook 15 minutes until burgers are slightly pink but fully cooked.
Step 6
Serve over buns with your favorite toppings.
